Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Was a terrible place. Drove eight hours down there when we got there they told us that the 2bed 2bath room my girlfriend and I along with another couple we rented with had water damage and that we couldn’t stay in that unit. They then told us they could “comp” us a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit at the full price we paid for the 2bed 2bath or we could just get a refund. We then go inside to the front desk and the guy in there wasn’t helpful at all. After being on the phone with the property management going back and forth for 2 and a half hours. Finally We spoke to a manager at the front desk and after another 30 minutes she found us a place to stay 30 minutes down the beach. She was very nice but I wouldn’t stay here it was a huge hassle and at first they weren’t even going to do anything until we complained for hours. BOOK ELSEWHERE
