Water Tap for Bath was not working and wear out
Water Tap for Bath was not working and wear out and even they could not operate, told them why giving room when Tap is weared out and not working they should have repaired before giving room

Decent hotel
Decent hotel with basic amenities. Nothing fancy. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, AC and geyser worker well. Only complaint is the bedsheets were old with some permanent stains, holes etc. The towel also looked overused and stained.

It's nice and comfortable place to stay. Overall it was good experience and staffs are very helpful and courteous.

This place is filthy and run down! The pillows were actually black from mildew. Sheets and towels were not very clean, either. The rooms were not clean.... dirty floors, sinks, etc. The staff did go buy us new pillows, though. They were also accommodating to one of us who wanted Diet Coke, and the other who wanted Bira White. Lots of power issues. Staff did not speak much English, so communication was a challenge. They helped on the last day by ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport.
