We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

Everything in the hotel was fine. However, because I had to change the booking, I was unaware I had to leave the hotel one day before my plans.
It would be useful, especially for older travelers like us, to remind the dates for the stay during check-in such that any discrepancy would be easily solved.

Great location, easy walking distance to south train station & old town. Lots of restaurants, cafes around.
Rooms are small but efficient. Temps were 39c ,there was a fan in the room but no ac. This is common in Europe.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Room was a bit pricey however it was Ironman Triathlon wekend so may have accounted for the cost. Overall, because of lication would stay here again.

"The hotel is located in a residential area, with block of other hotel a bit outside the city, though a free bus allows you to go in come back easily. The hotel was really busy the days I went, so the lobby was crowded, as the restaurants and other facilities, including the parking, and I am not talking ..."
