"While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out. The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making). My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean. Food and drink was reasonably priced. There were many smokers in the restaurant areas so I had to Nepal careful where I sat. That was the only negative."

"This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the breakfast area to open at 5am. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was some 5 star service in a place we least expected it. "

"Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
