The house is accessed via a flight of stairs from the street. Upon entering, you’ll find a large day area consisting of a bright and cosy open-plan living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen, which opens directly onto a generous terrace—perfect for sunny breakfasts or outdoor dinners. The kitchen also leads to the barbecue area, equipped with stone tables and benches under the shade of the trees—ideal for long meals outdoors. The house features a total of six bedrooms, divided into two separate wings. One wing has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; the other includes two more bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a guest toilet. Four of the rooms have double beds, while the other two offer two single beds each, making it an excellent option for large groups. One of the rooms includes a desk, ideal for guests working remotely. There are three full bathrooms in total—two with showers and one with a bathtub—plus an additional toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and electric radiators to ensure comfort year-round.
