This was an awesome experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The front desk staff ensured we knew our way around Marid, they made dining reservations for us, they called the rental car company for us, they let us know where to stop on the way to San Sabastian, really anything we asked! The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

Super convenient location, super close to the metro station and was able to walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Gran Via. Hotel room was nice and clean as well with super friendly and accommodating staff, was able to help out with any problems or questions we had no problem. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, but there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. You have to walk 10 min to get to the metro station and take a 30 min ride on the train to get to the heart of the city, which is a bit inconvenient. It also looked like the hotel was undergoing some type of renovations during my stay, so some of the shops in the hotel weren’t open.
