The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The location is great, and that is already a good start. The staff was friendly and helpful (I dealt with different people, so it is their standard). The rooms are comfortable and well-equiped, and I really enjoyed breakfast. I hope to be back.

"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got ..."
