"The hotel lobby is very nice and clean but the room needed better cleaning and the bed quilt was torn and shabby. Bed pillows were not comfortable. Bought pillows at a local Costco just to get a decent night's sleep. Disappointing experience. Staff members were cordial but not friendly."
