The customer survice was good quality and so was the Maintenance they were some of the kindest people i met but the floors were nasty looking the beding had a werid smell which they said was from it getting to hot in the dry but to my daughter it smelled like bo. The light shade was dirty. It smelled musty when we first got in the room. I end up whipping down the ac fins and table and dresser and i cleaned the ac flitter which got it smelling better in the room. The pool that they have is not in working order.

Staff was friendly.
The hot tub and indoor pool were extremely dirty. Very unsanitary. The outdoor area had a lot of paint chipped away in and around the pool.
For the breakfast, the juice machine was broken, and no alternative was given when asked.
