Great family-run place at a great price with lovely grounds• Walter was incredible and even carried in my heavy suitcase• Cold water waiting in the fridge and offered to us when we arrived• A/C was already on, so the room was cool and comfortable• Bright bathroom with a great shower and strong water pressure• Excellent lighting in the room• King bed was very comfortable with wonderful pillows • I don’t need everything to be brand new or updated—this place met all our expectations and made us feel very welcome.

We stayed in a second floor master suite, which was very spacious and had a great view of the salt water pool area and the beach from a large balcony. It was kept very clean. The food was excellent - lots of variety and consistently delicious. There was a different theme at each evening meal. The water in the pools was warm and inviting. We found the constant music at the pool area distracting and a bit tiresome.

My fiance and I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and overall had a great experience, especially with the Star Class service. While the housekeeping could have been better—there were a few inconsistencies with room cleanliness, mainly our bathroom & shower walls and restocking the in-room coffee with pods. What truly stood out was the Star Class butler/concierge service. Henry, our butler, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—from reservations to special requests—and was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His level of service really elevated our entire trip and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The resort itself is nice and friendly staff, good food options, and a fun atmosphere. Special thank you to Henry for making our stay unforgettable—I would definitely return because of service like his!

Rooms were clean. Pool side and restaurant were great. Ran out of towels though. High demand as hotel was very booked, but just brought down our room towels. Restaurant was good but slow service and it wasn’t that busy when we dined. Shuttle are small and in high demand and we’re not quite on time so a bit of stress in the crowd outside at 5am. Most staff was friendly except the front desk when I asked about the late shuttle.

Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel had easy access to airport and other locations Was able to use the outdoor pool on site as well. Looking forward to our next stay
