"We had a great time. Love the easy access to the beach, the live music, roasting s’mores, aquarium touch tanks, full kitchenette. There were outdoor fire pits, hammocks, and activities for the kids. We stayed in a villa and the room seemed to need some updating, but it was fine. When checking in we had to wait in a very long line to get our room keys, but our check in went smoothly. Great place to stay if you want easy access to walk right onto the beach and activities to do outside. "

"The rooms have a serious problem with humidity. Your clothes feels moist and anything wet never dries completely. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is lacking variety. No protein except for hard boiled eggs that you need to peel yourself. The yogurt dispenser is a questionable way to serve yogurt. You can see that it was an old motel that was renovated by Hilton. It does have a good central location very close to Siesta beach."

"Our original accommodations on the island were canceled last minute and this was a great, budget friendly location that we were able to book last minute. Room was clean and comfortable and location was good- with the ability to get to most places easily. Traffic can be bad in the area but hotel was a good alternative if you can’t find an affordable place to stay on island."

"Reserve an Ocean view room. They only had a parking lot View available. The front desk. Agent was rude and refused to refund the difference between the rooms. I had to speak with Management in the morning who apologize and told me they would refund the resort fee, which would be the difference between the rooms I never received a refund. I had to open a claim with Expedia and with my credit card company if you don’t have the room available I understand, but why should I have to pay for an oceanfront room when you just happy staying in a standard just refund the difference what is the big deal? I’ll never stay here again. "

"I booked this trip with Expedia or something and when we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. And the lady gave me a lot of attitude. So I basically had to find the emails to prove that I booked a trip there and then she continued to accuse me of being another person with the last name, Johnson. Which I’m not I’m just me. Anyway the resort was nice and kid friendly but there was some serious getting high going on in the room next to me and our whole room filled up with the smell of weed all night so that sucked and when I told the front desk they did nothing about it. Also, the fire alarm went off at 6 AM which really sucked because all I wanted for Mother’s Day was to sleep well one night. So that didn’t happen and the pool was closed and the hot tub was closed because it didn’t work and the yoga instructor never showed up for the yoga class on the beach. So I was disappointed because I was looking forward to doing something."

"The beauty of the “resort” is its close proximity to the wonderful Siesta Key beach. I use quotations because it’s really just shelter and a pool, although a nice pool. The staff members were very nice and helpful but couldn’t do much for us in upgrading our room as they claim they never got our requests from the 3rd-party broker. "
