"The house is nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minuten drive away to the beach. The beach and sea is quite nice, but there is a lot of trash on the streets and beach. There were several things in the house which needed assistance. The oven door could not be closed, water in the shower was spraying everywhere. "Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The air con was nice and quiet and kept the room at a nice temp, but the windows didn't seem fitted properly as we still heard noise from the street (despite being on 5th floor). Also the bathroom door is (frosted) glass, so it can disturb a sleeping partner if used during the night. Shame there was no water fountain to refill water bottles"

"This is a great hotel. There is not a lot of 'culture' here, it is very corporate. But the rooms were immaculate the amenities were great and it is 10 mins from the airport and right across the street from the Oriente train station. So its perfect as a transition hotel or a great place to stay for your last night if u want to be close to the airport. Could also be a great central base if u want to do a bunch of day trips by train."

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."
