This remarkable estate welcomes guests through a private gated courtyard with a tranquil water feature leading to the custom 9ft glass entry doors. Walk into the open concept great room featuring a modern stacked stone fireplace that reaches from floor to ceiling with a large HDTV, fireplace, elegant design and awe-inspiring mountain views that are highlighted by the indoor/outdoor living space created by the disappearing glass wall. There are ample seating options as well between the wrap-around breakfast bar, casual kitchen table and formal dining area with an elegant chandelier seats eight guests. There are four suites throughout Villa Lago plus a separate media room that can double as a private office space with room for a Queen Size Air Mattress upon request. With nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, there are endless possibilities to make great memories here at Villa Lago. The Primary Suite features a king bed adorned with premium bedding, stone fireplace, and large sliding doors that open directly to the backyard. The ensuite bath is quite lavish, with a soaking tub, double vanity, walk in closet and ample space. Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, en suite bath and direct access to the courtyard. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. "Villa Lago is a beautiful house with amazing views and ambience. I hosted a birthday gathering for 5 guys and the house was just as portrayed in the pictures and description - very spacious and private feeling with great gathering areas inside and out. Better than the pictures. The hosts are amazing and attentive. The pool/tub were wonderful. Everything is on point and easy to operate. The views from this house are incredible. Having used many vacation rentals all over the country, I couldn't recommend this more. Even when I went to the wrong location (I read the address wrong) she was so sweet and patient. This place is so relaxing and serene. We walked everyday around the neighborhood and all the neighbors were so happy and friendly. We just can't say enough good things about the house and the management company! Contained in the PGA West gated community, the house and casita were perfect for my multi-generational family. The pool and expansive patio have a multitude of seating arrangements along with an outdoor dining table. Misters offer relief during the hot desert afternoon. The house itself is nicely furnished, large, clean, and has all the necessities needed in the kitchen. Separate cooling for different areas of the house allowed everyone to be comfortable.The neighborhood is private but friendly. La Quinta is a bit remote but convenient to multiple golf courses, the Living Zoo and Joshua Tree National Park.Highly recommend. ##### Mary A.
