    Magnificent and spacious second story 1BD/1BA upstairs unit. Completely updated with brand new appliances. The community pool is immediately at the bottom of the unit's stairs. Private balcony off the back with seating and BBQ.

    Rancho Club Estados community offers swimming pools, pickle ball courts, a fitness center, bocce ball and beautiful landscaped grounds. Conveniently situated just a few minutes away from Desert Regional Hospital, Palm Springs Convention Center and downtown Palm Springs with many wonderful shops and restaurants with abundant of nightlife activities.

    -No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
