No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial use of any kind are permitted. 3 - Noise & Music – City Ordinance Outdoor music, amplified sound, or audible noise is prohibited at all times (24/7) under the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Dogs must not disturb neighbors. 8 - Pool & Safety The pool is not heated unless arranged in advance for an additional fee.
