The outdoor/pool area is amazing. The pics on the listing don’t do it justice. Sitting out in the spa / pool with great views of the mountains is very cool. The house itself is updated and very nice. Was perfect for my family on this trip. In a nice quiet neighborhood and located relatively close to everything in the area. There's a ton of space outside to spread out around the pool or under the shaded lounge/outdoor grilling area. We've rented other properties in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood before, but this was one felt the most spacious inside and outside and never felt cramped. The house has incredible views of the San Jacinto mountains that we loved taking in while lying in the pool loungers. We cooked on more than one occasion and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Easy drive into town. The one thing any renter should be aware about renting in Palm Springs is that the town has a strict ordinance about no music being played by renters outdoors at any time. I was concerned about this at first, but the ordinance insures that your time on vacation isn't affected by someone else being loud so it works both ways and is important given how the neighborhoods were designed. We hope to stay at this property again and cannot recommend it highly enough. The owners were extremely responsive and we didn't encounter a single issue during our stay. ##### Michael L.
