It is the perfect place to kick back after a day at one of the 6 pools and spas or a game of tennis all just a short walk away. This impressive condo offers three well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious closet, a flat-screen smart TV, and convenient access to the guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom also includes a King-size bed and a closet, providing ample space for guests. The primary bedroom suite is a standout, showcasing a luxurious California king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Its expansive en-suite bathroom offers both comfort and style, complemented by generous closet space. Plus, it opens directly onto the inviting back patio, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with quartz countertops, and all brand-new GE appliances. Inside the cabinets you will find multiple sets of dishes and glassware, as well as an array of small appliances and gadgets for creating a gourmet meal. The dining area just off the living room has a table with 6 dining chairs. There are two patios, each with a dining table should you eat outside. The front patio includes a gas Weber grill.
