It's located downtown in the sought after Deauville Resort Complex walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, the convention center and the Agua Caliente Casino. You can't find a better location in a resort style setting in Palm Springs. From the moment you walk in you’ll notice this isn’t your normal rental but a clean open space furnished with everything you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. You’ll enter into a beautiful private patio overlooking the main swimming pool and tennis courts. The patio is complete with a brand new BBQ, has a table large enough for dinner for four and makes a great outdoor workspace. From the patio you’ll walk right into an open floor plan inviting you into the spacious living room complete with new walls, concrete style flooring, recessed lighting with dimmers, TV, and a custom Italian-made couch. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and expanded beginning with a large peninsula, new custom cabinets, and white quartz countertops. We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need to make yourself at home. You’ll find plenty of closet and drawer space throughout with room for hanging clothes as well. The Washer/Dryer is located in the hallway closet for your convenience. The newly redone guest bathroom has custom cabinets, quartz countertops, a bathtub & shower, recessed lighting and concrete tiled floor and walls. The bedroom is simple, modern and comfortable with a king size bed, custom cabinets with plenty of drawer space and a large closet with more room for hanging clothes. We’ve installed recessed lighting above each side of the bed with dimmers to create the exact lighting experience desired. The tv has Apple Tv/cable and is mounted on the wall above more custom cabinets. The en suite bathroom is roomy with a large walk in-tiled shower, concrete tiled floors and plenty of counter space. The bedroom has its own entrance to the patio. We are looking for renters who appreciate comfort in an uncluttered environment. There's plenty of rentals in Palm Springs so we hope we've made one that stands out for those looking for something special. With a calm and cool desert vibe perfect for vacation we’ve added a desk and comfortable office chair for those who want to get away and work remotely. Details: Gated community with 3 pools, clubhouse, workout room, lighted tennis courts and plenty of parking in a central downtown location.
