Excellent place to stay

Visited Palm Springs over the Halloween weekend. The place was clean with all the amenities. The host was warm and welcoming. Look forward to getting back out to the area next year.

Quiet and relaxing

Condo is in a great location near plenty of places to eat and things to do, yet it still feels like a quiet escape. Owner is easy to reach and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and eating meals on the balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo is well equipped with just about anything you’d need, including pool chairs and a soft side cooler.

We had a fantastic stay at the waverly house!! What a perfect place to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. The accommodation was awesome and the property was fantastic. From initial check-in to walking out the door on the last day everything was fantastic! The unit is super clean and has everything you would need to feel at home. All four pools are wonderful. This condo is beautifully decorated and roomy. Proximity to so many things…hiking, downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in, very clean. Pool and hot tub are steps away and wonderful after a day of hiking. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The host, Steve, was a great communicator and responded to any questions we had.

Very nice, clean and quiet property. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The condo property is older but the VRBO unit has been fully renovated with mid century modern furnishings. The owner was very responsive to fixing a few minor issues we encountered. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very good stay at Steve's condo in Palm Springs. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a small family looking for a conveniently located place. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and the unit and property were very well maintained. Steve was easy to communicate with.

Relaxing Stay

The condo is well equipped and centrally located close to Vons and Trader Joes. The condo has a fabulous view of the mountains and pool area from the spacious balcony. The condo grounds/pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Wonderful place

We loved this so much we already booked again for next year. Great location, walking distance to groceries, hikes, restaurants. One of the best things outside the walls was the community that winters here, a big group of very friendly and inclusive Canadians. Steve was perfectly attentive, letting us know he was there if we needed him yet letting us quietly enjoy our stay . You won’t need anything for the kitchen, it was fully appointed and the beds are comfy. Bravo to you Steve 👏
