The property is in the midst of a revival. By no means is it perfect. However, the staff we met were wonderful and helpful. We got an unplanned tour of the property looking for a complete room (beds made, curtains, towels, etc. The place is clean, pool and hot tubs were clean, linens clean, everything else needs to be updated and they are working on it! A diamond in the rough!

Fantastic spot to stay

I loved my stay in a 1954 Boles Alero trailer. It was so cute and comfortable. The RV park was clean, pretty and very safe and quiet. Great staff too!

Room was nice and larger than expected. All rooms are poolside. Liked the setup at the resort. The pool and jacuzzis were wonderful. The water was amszing. Staff was friendly and very accommodating!

A decent bang for your buck.

The sand piper was a quick trip, last minute, it was inexpensive, close to what we were up to for the day. Nothing fancy, but we were there just to sleep. For the price it was safe, decent and good people.

Not bad, but not Great!

The property is run down but it looks like they are working to freshen it up. We didnt feel completely safe with only a doorknob to lock the door. The employee unlocked the door without knocking in the morning which surprised us. Even though the property is old, it was clean and the beds were soft but comfortable enough. I hope they keep improving the property. I would still consider returning if they continue with improvements.

Ths size of the room was fantastic for working every day. There was also an outdoor area and afew pools and spas. Customer service was fantastic. The room and cutlery/crockery was unclean and property out of date with old/broken items.

There was no dining 1 hotbtub outside was cold like the pool it did have 1 hot inside some closed door but all the other things were shut down , sream sauna , showers , nothing but 1 HOT tub it was cold when i arrived i asked the owner to make sure it was hot upon my 30 minute wait to get a room !! It was hot when i went back ! My room smelled like piss and lysol it was horrible, cold tile floors beds were uncomfortable, very different from the pictures and description there was a 1 inch gap in my window in the kitchen that was taped and had blown off allowingthe 80 mph winds to blow theu .yes they fixed it by cutting a 1 inch slich from a Payneof glass and taped it together i have great pictures, go to Miracle springs. Bout 5 minutes away at leats 5-7 hot tubs hot tubs clean mineral water, nice rooms , friendly staff , food!! Everything you pay for and more!!

Arrived at this disaster at 11pm. Not a real hotel, a flophouse low end apartment complex with no lobby front desk, or real employees. Disgusting and unsafe I reported this fraud to Expedia, who ignored my warning. SCAM FRAUD!

This place does not look open or functional. And if it is open and functional, it's the most terrifying and disgusting hotel I've ever seen. There was no one there, but the gate was open. They were piles of dirty laundry doors to rooms were open, windows were broken. Literally, it looked like a horror movie. I turned around and left, and it was very difficult to find a room in Desert Hot Springs on a Saturday night at the last minute less than zero stars this is disgusting and unacceptable.
