The location could not be better. One block off of Palm Canyon, but the Villa was surprisingly quiet and very enjoyable. The place was clean and well stocked when I arrived. The Villa is nice looking and even though small, it was perfect for me and my dog. The email received right before my trip, had all the information needed to know my way around the Villa. On site parking was easily available, as was street parking. We stayed in Unit F and it was a stand alone building in the back which was great! It looks like a little cabin. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The heater worked great! There are AC units in every room so it would be cool enough in the summer. The coffee was a delicious French vanilla and super tasty! If you have dogs that shed (mine don’t), bring something to clean up their hair. Pets are not allowed on furniture. I brought dog beds with me so it wasn’t a problem. I would probably bring paper products that can easily be tossed next time. There are dishes, but enough for 3-4 people so we did dishes often to have them available for the next time they were needed. The place was very clean, quiet, easy to enter and communication was excellent! It is a 2 block walk to the main drag so we were able to walk everywhere. I look forward to returning here again soon! The cottage is clean, well appointed, and in a fabulous, convenient, but quiet location. EZ parking. Comfy bed, great pillows and linens.
