Nice location

Property exactly as listed - really nothing you could need additional. Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and sights! Perfect size fridge to keep a small amount of food and snacks in for your stay. Bed was comfortable.

Palm Springs Villa

Villa was in an excellent location. One block off of main strip. We had an issue with the bathroom tub faucet and host was very communicative and timely and issue was resolved. Villa is very small but no issue for 2 people. Fridge made a loud running noise all night long and in such a small space was extremely annoying while trying to sleep. The pool is deceiving in the pictures shown. From the villa you need to walk on the street, past parked cars on the street and around the corner to get there. Had it been warm/pool weather when we visiting I would have been very disappointed.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and this is my second time in this unit, so I knew what to expect. It's a great location, and generally a good value. This unit is very compact; for example, there is no closet space, just a small hanging bar in the bathroom, in the space where the trash can is. I don't mind small, but I was frustrated that the room had an unpleasant odor and that a timed air freshener was spraying regularly, I assume because others have complained. The mattress and bedding should be replaced, probably the loveseat as well, if they want to actually solve the problem rather than just trying to cover it up.

Instructions were great and the room was easy to find, absolutely amazing location and very clean inside. Only downside is the showerhead could be upgraded as was a little weak in pressure for my tastes and mattress is getting old. Would have been nice if it was a queen unstead of double. Would stay again for the price as the location is just amazing and convenient to all the bars and restaurants A

The location is great. Most of the time, it was quiet and relaxing and comfortable, though it could get noisy during close-by events. The room was clean and had everything expected. I thought it was smoked in at first, but I think it was just blowing in from a neighbor. All in all, a good deal on a comfortable place close to the action.

Historic Tennis Club - Palm Springs

Natalia, property “owner” not attentive to needs, beginning with not presenting accurate rental charges to not having internet service for our entire 2 night stay. Unit ID not presented in email proving “keys to the property”. No place to put clothes. Modem instructions incorrect. Had to wash kitchen utensils in bathroom sink and no detergent provided. No instructions on how to operate air conditioner/heat unit. Poor communications between Natalia and Cole, the persons who were supposedly providing assistance. Great location in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.
