WHAT'S NEARBY
This condo is one of just a few in its community that enjoys direct access to one of the swimming pools through the private back gate. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, or reading poolside, you'll be half a mile east of Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip of downtown Palm Springs that's known and loved for its wonderful restaurants, shops, theaters, bars, and bustling nightlife and events. Tee off at one of the countless championship golf courses in the area, go hiking in Indian Canyons five miles south, or take a memorable ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only seven miles east.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
