Looking for million-dollar views of the San Jacinto Mountains while sipping your morning coffee? This condo has it! Located in the very popular Mesquite Country Club, this property has some of the most spectacular views in Palm Springs. Sunsets here are simply magical and the second balcony off the bedroom, features beautiful eastern views of swaying palm trees and the sunrise.  
  
High ceilings give this lovely condo an open, spacious feeling. The recently renovated kitchen is light and bright with all modern appliances.  
  
Located adjacent to a nature preserve, Mesquite CC offers tennis and pickle ball courts, sparkling pools and spas, friendly residents, and secure gated access. Plenty of walking and bike paths to explore. Great location in central Palm Springs. Walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  
  
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)  
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.  
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.  
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.   
  
Summer Utility Surcharge  
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.   
  
Additional Policies & Rules  
\-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.  
\-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am  
\-No smoking inside home  
\-Renter must be 25+  
\-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
