Indeed, a short evening stroll will take you past the homes of all of these celebrities! 1\. You must be at least 28 years of age to reserve any home with ModMansions. Guest must provide a copy of a valid government issued photo id. 2\. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed and signed rental agreement and a copy of your valid government issued photo ID. 3\. Parking: A maximum of 5 cars. 4\. Check-in is between 4 pm - 6pm and check-out is 10 am. 5\. All homes are non-smoking. 6\. Exterior music of any level is prohibited 24/7 by the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance and your signed rental agreement. 7\. Our homes are for overnight accommodation only. No Parties or Events permitted 8\. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome at our property with a $200 each non-refundable deposit. 9\. The Pool is NOT heated. However, please let reservations know if you would like to have the Pool heated. Pool HEAT: Flat rate of $70 per night--three night minimum stay. Contact ModMansions at least 2 days prior to arrival for this option. Pool is heated from 5am-9pm, to between 80° - 85° depending on exterior temps. If property is listed as having a Jacuzzi, then Jacuzzi & Pool HEAT combined OR separate has a flat rate of $70 per night. Swimming Pools : Our pools are exclusively for humans, NEVER for dogs. Pet fur can wreak havoc on pool and spa filters, so please keep them out so you don\`t incur charges. Instead, we invite them to enjoy the backyard from the grass or patio areas. 10\. 3rd Party Vendors such as Chefs, Masseuses, etc., need to provide liability insurance certification. Please advise ModMansions. 11\. CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of any advance payments. 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Between 0 and 13 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refunds will be granted. No refund will be given for early departures. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact ModMansions. Twelve staff members and there was plenty of room! Very clean and comfortable. Enough bathrooms to accommodate our busy early morning prep to get to work. Communication was excellent. Large dining/living room areas made it easy for everyone to spend time together. Kitchen had all of the necessary cooking tools and appliances, bathrooms had all of the essentials... I would recommend bringing your own conditioner since shampoo was only provided. Host was very attentive and detail-oriented, providing lots of info and tips for a comfortable stay. ##### Derek Y. David, the property manager, was very welcoming and easily explained everything. We had one terribly minor, minor, issue and he was there in literal minutes to assist. The house was larger in person, everyone had their own bathroom, there were two dishwashers, two washing machines, and two dryers. We were there during tropical storm Hilary and had no issues whatsoever. Will definitely stay again! ##### Robin L. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet and we felt safe. The property manager met us at checkin to show us around. David was pleasant and efficient and responded promptly to inquiries. The place was spacious and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and a large kitchen table. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The views out of some of the bedrooms were gorgeous. It truly felt like a vacation home.and we were very relaxed in it and enjoyed our stay there very much. If we would come back I would definitely consider this house again. ##### mary l. Just spent a long weekend at this great house in Palm Springs. Pool and house were amazing and it has fantastic views of the mountains from both the front and back yards. Loved having King size beds in so many rooms and there is no shortage of bathrooms in this house. Everything was perfect and had no problems at all. Remember it’s still Palm Springs and the noise ordinance outside does affect your vacation but there is nothing the property manager can do about it. All in all this is the perfect house for a vacation in the desert. ##### David S. Close to the airport, casino, great food options, and shops, this quiet neighborhood home has super comfortable beds, is very sound proof if you keep the doors closed and has everything you need to make your trip relaxing and fun. The refrigerator is a little small if you’re going to cook the whole time you’re there and you have a full house of 12\. But they quickly and happily delivered us a huge cooler and did it with a smile. There were 12 of us and we have lots of questions That were cheerfully answered and immediately taken care of. The floaters are a nice addition. We spent 10 days with our extended family and friends - 12 of us total. The great thing about this house was that there was room for all of us to gather and a massive dining table for meals and games, yet there was plenty of space to spread out with the two living areas. The bedrooms were big, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and there was a bath for everyone. The backyard pool and hot tub were the perfect spots for relaxation. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Palm Springs, it was very quiet and a great place for morning walks to admire all the mid century architecture, plus easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need including two dishwashers and four different coffee makers!
