Draped in flowering vines, shaded by rustling palms, and attended flowering pots of color;  
this gorgeous n private Spanish style home provides a relaxing oasis in desert living. The estate is centrally located in the gated community of Colony El Mirador -35 custom homes designed by local architect n built in 2000/2001\. This home offers 3,364 sq ft of luxury living including a free standing Casita and wonderful views of the San Jacinto Mts. throughout the estate.  
  
The interior has been professionally designed to provide the best lodging and relaxation experience. Custom furnishings are complemented by fine art, saltillo pavers, oriental rugs and extensive natural light created by the 12’ ceilings. The architect presents formal and informal living areas for entertaining friends and family poolside or enjoying the peninsula fireplace or gourmet kitchen inside. You will be enticed to nap on the sofa or dine on the covered terrace alongside the 46’ pool; have afternoon coffee on the front rocking chairs looking at the mountains and courtyard fountain roses; or wander thru the extensive gardens day or night while enjoying desert living.  
  
Each bedroom is en suite. House is designed with spacious walk in showers; minimal steps -one; optimal ventilation while capturing the morning and setting sun; spacious bedrooms with sitting areas and access to the outdoors with private patios.  
  
This home has a 30 night minimum. Guest pays actual cost of utilities. A utility deposit of $2500 is required and the actual cost of utilities will be deducted from the deposit.
