We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated. No more than 4 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay. All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors. A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract. Pool heating is optional at a rate of $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your reservation and can be heated on demand. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. •There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. Upon arrival after hours, our concierge host was graciously their to greet us and walk us through the property. The home is immaculate, every room spaciously and decor is fun. The house was spotless and had everything you need for a perfect gathering spot with family/close friends. Hosts were on it and responded immediately when there was a minor issue.
