This fabulous 1967 vacation home has been completely remodeled for your enjoyment! Everything about this property has been designed for relaxing in the sunshine! The very private resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and features a renovated saltwater pool surrounded by lounge chairs, cabana, fire pit, 9-hole putting green, outdoor living and dining areas, a natural gas BBQ, and a spectacular desert mural painted on the backside of the house. Oh, and there\`re some pretty amazing Mountain View\`s from your backyard oasis as well!!   
  
The interior was completely gutted and remodeled to refelct the life of luxury. Gorgeous in its simplicity, you\`ll find clean lines, an open concept floor plan and plenty of glass windows and doors that let the Palm Springs sunshine pour in as it reveals the sun-drenched private outdoor pool oasis.   
  
Located in the desirable neighborhood of Sunrise Park, this home has been completely updated for the way we live today. The open concept floor plan provides enough space for your entire group of 6 guests to spread out and enjoy. It has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home including new kitchen and spa-like bathrooms, gorgeous gas fireplace, high-speed internet, comfortable sleeping quarters and decor that screams we\`re in Palm Springs, and vacationing in style!   
  
This completely walled compound is for your privacy, the lovely setting features an optional heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, conversational seating, fire pit, mountain views, cabana lounge area, 9 hole putting green, al fresco dining and a gas BBQ grill. The best part is the truly spectacular desert rendering painted on the backside of the house - your photo opportunity awaits! It has all the amenities you want on vacation - it's the perfect place for living the Palm Springs Lifestyle!   
  
Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and a spa like en-suite bath with direct access to the pool. The two dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the gorgeous hallway bathroom.   
  
Located on a quiet residential street in the Sunrise Park neighborhood you\`ll be a just a short 1.5 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.  
  
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional saltwater pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

#### A perfect week!

This house is top notch. We are seasoned renters in Palm Springs and House of Joy did not disappoint! It was immaculately clean, checkin was super easy and the property managers were so nice and only a text away when needed. The kitchen is beautiful and had lots of cookware and great selection of poolside friendly plates cups etc. as well as staples like olive oil salt pepper foil which I really appreciated. The pool was clean and well heated (extra charge but that’s typical) the putting green was great fun, the shaded cabana was super necessary during the days! Bedrooms were great and the primary was perfect for having an infant with us, plenty of space. Ping pong in garage + AC was awesome and my 4yr old nephew loved it. Beds were new, a little on the firm side for me but everyone else slept perfectly. Location is incredible, perfectly central - so quick into town, close to Koffi and really easy to get to grocery store etc. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back! Only thing worth noting is that to access the ping pong & laundry you need to enter through the primary bedroom. This didn’t impact our experience at all but did mean that when baby was sleeping my nephew couldn’t play ping pong - which wasn’t a big deal at all but may be helpful for folks to know! Thanks to poolside management, y’all are such pros and we can’t wait to rent with you again and again!
