Great stay

This place was great and Ron and Veronica were fantastic. Both beds were very comfy. The couch in living room was not very comfortable, and it could definitely do with at least one high back reading chair.

Great place and location

We have been renting each March for the past 8 years. This condo was recently renovated and was very clean with spectacular views of the mountains and adjacent to the Prescott Preserve. Ron and Veronica have been excellent hosts…3 years in a row.

Mesquite CC Condo

2 bedrooms/2baths (1 en-suite). The condo is immaculately clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and spotless also. Our hosts were kind enough to supply a variety of snacks, drinks and staples. The washer & dryer is small, but a welcome addition. This unit is a 20 second walk to the heated pool and hot tub. It also overlooks the pool. Parked is also very close and easy. The entire unit appears recently renovated and all furnishings are brand new. There are three smart TVs. It’s not plush, but it’s comfortable and very clean.
