Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great mix of sleeping accommodations, it will suit almost every group that\`s looking for relaxation! Fiesta De Aqua is ready to set a serene scene for your Palm Springs getaway! You'll enter into the bright living room featuring a modern gas fireplace, 65” smart TV with a sound bar to enjoy movies or football. Enjoy the many books/games in the hall closet for fun, leisure time with friends and family. Delight in the open floor plan with the living room flowing seamlessly to the high-top dining area off the galley kitchen. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 (with an additional leaf for even more space!) and offers large sliders with a wonderful view of the backyard and the iconic mountain backdrop. Lots of seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with the expansive shade pergola along the back; the two outdoor ceiling fans will keep you and your guests comfortable and the twinkle lights create lovely evening ambiance. The sleeping quarters offer great separation of bedrooms for privacy with a sumptuous primary suite usually enjoyed in high-end homes. The primary suite is on the West side of the home and includes a unique double-sided vanity area with Carrera marble counter and columns and a soothing rain shower-head spa system. With mirror and glass accents, the primary bath is truly a private spa experience and the sliders to the backyard offer easy (and romantic) access to the pool and spa. The glamorous king-sized bed, lounging chair and TV make it a great retreat. The two guest rooms on the Eastern side of the house share a hallway bath with shower/tub combo. Guest room 1 offers a king-sized bed and slider access to a private, shaded courtyard. Guest room 2 offers extra-long twin beds and slider access to the backyard. With advance notice, we can arrange these two twins together to create a 3rd king bed offering so that everyone has the space needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway. All bedrooms have wood plank porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, dual-paned windows/sliders, fast Wi-Fi and TVs with cable access. The putting green & amenities in the master bathroom were great features. As was the garage given we decided to visit in July. A few minor issues: \* Umbrella broken in the backyard (mgmt company plans to fix) \* Lock on back sliding door did not work but they provided a stick to keep the door closed. House is short drive to dowtown PS. House is nicely furnished, well-kept and clean with modern appliances. Large plus is accessibility to the garage so we can parked our black car and keep it cool. Backyard was splendid with pool, spa and fountain. Theres a putting green and plenty of green space for your fur baby to run around. House came stocked with games, floats, and putting green equipment. Host is great. Communicated with you throughout the process. We had a very nice stay at this property. The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was fun to play put, put in the backyard and the location was not far from town. We had issues with the hot tub heating, but management did everything possible to get it heated. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. ##### Desiree C. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped with all the appliances. The backyard was a highlight of the vacation.
