The Space:

The living room centers around a large smart TV with a queen sleeper sofa that works well for two kids under 12. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a wide island with barstool seating, and every tool you need to cook. The formal dining table seats six, and there's a dedicated bar cart for cocktails.



Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, and windows overlooking the front porch and landscaping. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and smart TV. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool patio with mountain views.



There are two full bathrooms total: the ensuite in the primary bedroom and a second full bath with a shower/tub combo.



🔥 The backyard is where this home really shines. The heated saltwater pool is surrounded by contemporary stonework, with waterfalls flowing from the connected hot tub. Bright lounge chairs with umbrellas line the pool. The outdoor fire pit is ringed with Adirondack chairs for evening gatherings. Cook on the BBQ grill and dine al fresco at the six-person outdoor table with umbrella shade.



Ceiling fans throughout keep you comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit. Two-car garage plus driveway parking. WiFi and smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. 🐾 Up to two dogs welcome with daily fee.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Park in the two-car garage or driveway. Maximum 4 vehicles total between garage and driveway spaces.



The Neighborhood:

☀️ Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive, 15-minute bike ride, or 45-minute walk from the front door. You'll find vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants like Workshop Kitchen + Bar, and galleries along Palm Canyon Drive. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is within 5 miles for cooler mountain air and hiking access. For nature lovers, Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour's drive east, and hiking trailheads in the Indian Canyons are roughly 10 minutes south. Golf courses, hot springs, and day spas are scattered throughout the area within a 10-minute radius.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is about 10 minutes north via North Palm Canyon Drive. Interstate 10 is roughly 5 miles north and connects you to Los Angeles (about 2 hours west) and Phoenix (about 3.5 hours east). Downtown Palm Springs is a straight shot down the street. Coachella Valley Music Festival grounds are approximately 30 minutes southeast during event season.

• Pets welcome! $35 per pet per night (maximum 2 dogs) — message us to add to your reservation

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 4 cars maximum (2-car garage plus driveway)

• Pool and spa heating: $100 per day for pool and spa, $50 per day for spa only (October through May). Optional but must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and paid before check-in. Cannot be added after arrival. Must be heated for full length of stay. Pool is saltwater and heats to about 20 degrees above outside temperature with a max of 86 degrees. Cold fronts can affect heating performance during winter months.

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age

• Starter set of consumables like soaps and paper products provided. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.

• Reservations longer than 28 nights: Guest pays actual utility costs. $1500 utility deposit required at check-in, actual costs deducted within 21 days of departure.

• Early check-in and late checkout based on availability and require approval. Late checkout requests must be received by 10:00 AM local time the day before departure. Additional fee up to $60 may apply depending on hours requested.
