RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: \*\*Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day (depending on time of year). This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book. \*\*Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. \*\*Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. \*\*Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000\.
