CITY ID#:001767 Welcome to your home away from home! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely updated and remodeled to provide everything you need for your Palm Springs vacation, whether it's just a few days or a month. The entire house is behind walls and hedges for total privacy. When you enter, you'll immediately be struck by the open kitchen, living, and dining areas, with a wall of glass leading out to the backyard and pool. This is the quintessential Palm Springs home! Outside, you'll find a resort-like back yard waiting for you to enjoy while you take in the incredible mountain views. The yard features a large pool and spa, multiple seating areas, fire pit, chaise lounges, outdoor dining for 8, umbrellas, and a gas BBQ. This house was designed to make the most of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that has made Palm Springs famous. The living room has two separate seating areas, one focused on the 75" smart TV, and the other for sipping cocktails, reading, or playing games. The dining area, open to the kitchen, seats 8\. The kitchen has been completely updated, with double wall ovens, 5-burner gas range, and everything you might need to cook for family and friends - or have a chef come in and cook for you! The primary bedroom, separated on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, features a king bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, gas fireplace, seating area, smart TV, and sliding door out to the pool and spa, not to mention the stunning mountain views from the bed. The second bedroom also features a king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, smart TV, and direct backyard access. The two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share the hall bath, with an oversize shower-tub combo and single vanity. One of the guest rooms also has a desk in case you want to use it as an office. Caballeros Palms is the perfect home to create your Palm Springs experience! RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: \*\*Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book. \*\*Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties. \*\*Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. \*\*Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000\. Rules and limits apply. It was a hot summer weekend but with the umbrellas the pool was still refreshing. The only thing I wasn’t aware of before staying in Palm Springs was the super strict rules about music. I love music and it doesn’t need to be loud but just in the background outside and because of the threat of $1000 fine and immediate eviction we were in the pool with it completely quiet. It just doesn’t feel like a special occasion or even a normal day for me without some music. So that has nothing to do with the property itself and is a city rule. Or for four couples. Large enough and great backyard. Furniture and linens were clean and nice. The only “issue” we had was that the master door was not lined up and wouldn’t close. Reviewer Comments: What a lovely property. Two primary bedrooms with ensuites and two queen bedrooms with a shared hallway bath. Completely redone. Everything felt fresh, new and tasteful. The kitchen had every plate, utensil, pans/pots that you needed. We loved the pool area and the comfortable elegance throughout the home. Very tasteful and well done. Everything was new and modern. We had everything you could need. Check in process was very easy.
