The layout of the entire home is remarkably expansive, with the ground floor featuring an elongated bar that fosters open communication while enjoying cooking or simply lounging around. The living room's double doors effortlessly open to embrace the invigorating warmth of the sun, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Nestled in a tranquil and secure neighborhood, the location of this luxurious villa is not only peaceful but also conveniently close to the vibrant downtown area. The owner's communication was swift and reliable, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this opulent villa for an unparalleled experience in hospitality and comfort. A five-star haven that truly deserves every accolade.

The house was generally modern and comfortable, in a relatively central location, with full ensuite bathrooms in each of the 3 bedrooms. However there were a few issues that led me to feel it was not well maintained. - Carpets had stains. - Dishwasher and garbage disposal were clogged/not functioning. - Dinning room chairs and sofas had wobbly legs. When we informed the owner about the issue with the dishwasher, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation during our stay. Just 4 days before our arrival, the owner requested an additional fee of $70/day to be payed via Venmo in order to heat the pool and hot tub. This was an unpleasant surprise and felt excessive. This should have either been disclosed in the listing or included in the listing price.
