The 1 bedroom option is the only listing that does not have a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, firepit/fireplace, or private bbq access. Please reach out if you have any questions or inquiries. \- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. \- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. \- Please note that this is a self-service vacation rental with contactless check-in and no staff on site. \- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. \- During the cooler months from December 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, the pool heat will be turned off as part of our seasonal adjustment. \- Guests should keep pets away from the pool area to respect other occupants, maintain pool water health and safety, and prevent extra wear on the pool filters and pumps. Parking Detail: Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
