If there are no baristas in the house, your Coffee lovers will enjoy the choice of Keurig and Nespresso Vertuo capsule machines. You will find everything you need to prepare and serve a midnight snack or a fancy holiday meal.

LUXURY BEDROOMS

An ideal set-up with 4 en suite bedrooms (K,K,Q,Q), each with blackout drapery for late risers and patios allowing an easy retreat from the rest of the crowd.

Junior En Suites One and Two offer views, luxurious queen beds, modern bathrooms, walk-out patios, and 50” TVs. One has a work area with desk and chair. Retreat up the grand spiral staircase to the private and stunning King Primary Suite which offers panoramic views, a second fireplace, and a wall of sliding glass that opens to your own large private pano view sundeck. Completing this entire-floor Suite is the Large Walk-In Closet and the Ultimate Spa Bath with dual sinks, walk-in dual-head shower, freestanding soaking tub and a glass door that opens to the private outside patio. The patio also provides access to the bonus flex room, furnished with desk/work area, yoga/exercise equipment and  a massage table. This deck features an exterior stairway providing convenient access to the pool and spa.

The Large single story Guest House includes a comfortable living room with large TV and the third fireplace, a kitchenette with Sub-Zero mini-fridge, and separate Luxurious King bedroom and another Spa-Style Bathroom. The Guest House overlooks the beautiful pool area and gardens, while the Guest House Bedroom opens onto a private side patio with mountain views, fully maximizing all corners of this oversized premium view lot.

Last but not least, the 3 car garage doubles as a spacious Game Room with Table Tennis and Darts.

Bella Vista Retreat is smartly outfitted with the latest home tech including integrated Sonos sound system throughout, super fast WiFi, automated dual pool and spa controls, and a monitored security system.

And don't fret too much about the environmental impact of your indulgent stay. Greta Thunberg would be happy with our new solar panels, EV charger in garage, high efficiency air conditioning units, and native, low-water use desert landscaping.

Pool Heating is recommended from late September to early June, $75/night. Instead of that, Monthly guests pay actual Gas/Electricity usage, but don't fret that; the large solar array on the roof will keep your power bill to a minimum.

"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee, Max 2. Sorry, no cats due to Owner's allergies.

No smoking or vaping in the house. Renter must agree to provide gov’t photo ID, sign separate rental contact, and sign an acknowledgement of the strict Palm Springs City Rental Rules at check-in -- as required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. No parties. No music is allowed outside, day or night. A front door camera is present but not monitored during guest stays.
