Come and enjoy the desert lifestyle at this impressively reimagined 1950\`s midcentury vacation rental located in central Palm Springs. This delightful 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom pool home offers ultra-private grounds, wonderful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, palm trees, and beautiful desert landscape.  
  
This Palm Springs getaway provides a welcoming desert retreat for you and your pets. It\`s furnished and decorated to provide comfort and enjoyment. This home is the perfect backdrop for a one-of-kind Palm Springs vacation.  
  
The home sleeps six and features a spacious floor plan, in particular a wall of glass facing the sparkling pool. Walk-out access from the living room to the large swimming pool creates that true indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle. An expansive patio overlooks the inviting azure-tiled pool offset from the newly installed in-ground spa. This outdoor oasis provides plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the weather. It\`s the perfect outdoor living environment for which Palm Springs is famous.  
  
Spend the day relaxing by the classic 1950\`s deep pool while enjoying your favorite beverage. Then spend the evening lingering around the fire pit creating memories with friends and family under the stars. The beautiful desert landscape features multiple citrus trees, various flowers, and desert plants.  
  
This property abounds with special amenities including a modern gas fireplace, living room television with Dish satellite service, and art that is sure to catch your eye. Comfortable furnishings throughout the home highlight the bright and open space.  
  
The open concept and well-appointed cook\`s kitchen has expansive countertops for a midcentury home, plus all the cooking utensils needed for an at-home dining experience.   
  
The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, ensuite bath, closet, and glass slider to the backyard and pool. The two guest bedrooms share a fully upgraded hall bath and both include new Tempur-Pedic beds and televisions.  
  
This home is conveniently located five minutes from the Palm Springs airport, downtown shops and restaurants, public and private golf courses, art galleries, and nightlife. Palm Springs area activities include world class golfing, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding, and shopping (high-end outlet mall nearby).  
  
Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Park (an extraordinary national park set in the desert). Theme parks within a two-hour drive include Disneyland (in Anaheim) and Sea World (in San Diego).  
  
International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for day trip excursions to all the favorite Southern California destinations.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.  
  
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.  
  
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

#### Great house/nice neighborhood

Clean and bright. Loved the fireplace. The most impressive part of our stay was the welcoming details the property manager took care of. When we arrived the house was lit up for us, it was warm and welcoming and easy to enjoy immediately. Everything was provided for a perfect stay.
