The area surrounding the property was quite nice and clean, traffic wasn't a problem and a small shopping center nearby had groceries, a pharmacy bank etc., all within a 5 minute drive. There were numerous golf opportunities within 20 minutes. The condo itself was clean and had a fully equipped and usable kitchen and a living space that was more than adequate for my purposes. It was cluttered, there were stains on the carpet in the living room and bedroom. The furniture was uncomfortable in the dinning room and they needed to be tightened. The Living room sofa and 2 chair were just uncomfortable. The BBQ did not light but we found a way to start it. A sliding screen would not stay on the tracks. After a few days we ran out of tissues, dish soap and garbage bags which the owner did bring over. I would not recommend this condo. I wrote the owner about my concerns and he has not responded.
