Friendly people around. The grounds were kept very clean. The pool area was clean and swimming was a nice treat for us. Plenty of parking. The bathroom was nice, roomy and clean. Has a small refrigerator and is stocked with plastic wine glasses and paper plates, nice for pool area but I do prefer glass. The bed was horrible, had a huge dip in the middle we both left with sore backs and not well rested. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture rinsed off before we arrived because I did enjoy the patio area. The price was reasonable. This is just an honest review of the place. If owner or property manager sees this I’m happy to share thoughts on the little details that would Improve the experience of the guest. The pool is very close (although not heated) and the community itself is very nice. It's close to Old Town La Quinta which is why we selected this location. We called and reported that our cable TV went out at 10 am. We were told someone from maintenance would be calling. We went for a swim for about 2 hours, still no call, 115 degrees & nothing to do. We had no TV 24 hours later when we left. Also wish the studio had a loveseat.
