Spend a relaxing weekend (or longer) in this beautiful poolside Studio Apartment with many unique amenities. The kitchen bar has the original formica with the Boomerang pattern that was first designed by Brooks Stevens in 1950 and updated by Raymond Loewy in 1954. A brand new renovation has brought the kitchen gracefully into the 21st century. This unit has just been completely updated with a beautiful new porcelain tile floor, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and a totally remodeled bathroom which features a new shower and vanity. The living room area has been furnished with an Eames divider/shelving, Case Study couches, a vintage Scandinavian tile coffee table and Danish armchairs upholstered in leather. Vintage fabric down pillows and a cowhide rug complete the cozy decor. The bedroom is furnished with an extremely comfortable king-sized Case Study bed with 100% cotton linens, European duvet, and king size pillows. Of course, the duvet covers are washed after each stay so they are fresh for you. Black out drapes guarantee a restful night of sleep with complete privacy. The bedroom opens to a private patio accessed through expansive 12 foot sliding doors with screens. The patio features two chaise launches and vintage chairs.
