Overall, I liked my experience at Springhill. Some areas could be improved, though. First, in my room, there were no utensils. Even though there was coffee and a coffee machine, there were no plastic utensils that I could use to actually make a cup of coffee. Second, the bathroom didn't have the standard small complimentary traveler's toothpaste or toothbrush. I also noticed that, at various places around the inside of Springhill, the walls looked as though they had mounting holes that were not repaired. I saw several in the first-floor dining area. I noticed, too, that there were some ungainly looking cables tangled beneath one of the TV monitors in the dining area. Finally, the inside of the elevators looked to be old and worn. The elevators definitely need a facelift.
