The location was very conducive to accessing downtown West Palm Beach and the intercoastal waterway. We didn't visit the beach since we brought our boat and used the nearby boat launch to travel the intercoastal. We visited several local restaurants and had a good time!! The host was VERY responsive and took care of some issues (we needed more bedding, towels, etc.). We made him aware of some cleanliness issues and hopefully those are taken care of for future guests. We also talked to him about updating some of the mattresses that were not comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay! ##### Madeline S. Owner was very responsive and even allowed me 15 extra minutes to check out late. Cleaners were right on timen and a little rude about check out time but I won’t fault the owner for his behavior.
