About this property

Light and bright modern beach studio

  • My home is located 7 blocks from popular Mizner Park, 1.9 miles from the beach and 1 mile from FAU. It's been divided into 2 Airbnbs that include this studio and 'Bright & Light Modern Beachy Home'.

    Each have their own parking space and the studio has a private patio so you can enjoy both the interior and exterior. The other unit has access to the rest of the yard.

    The studio was originally decorated for me when I was traveling there for work on a monthly basis so no money was spared on comfort. There's a very comfortable memory foam mattress, pillows, and nice furnishings. Despite it's size the studio is highly functional with space to cook and enjoy a simple meal.
