Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet small street right in the heart of central Brugges, perfect location. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed, great A/C controlled by the guest, not the hotel, rain shower, blackout drapes and a mini bar. All the staff we encountered were all very professional and courteous. We greatly recommend this hotel

We were very happy with our room at the hotel. It was larger than expected and quiet. We had been worried about noise since the hotel is above a large restaurant but it wasn't a problem at all. The location was great as it is right on the main square and thus easy to get to all the sights and shops. We also discovered the shuttle bus from the train station which has a stop very near the square. Since we were all over 65, the shuttle was free.

"L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, juste devant la gare, et des arrêts d'autobus et de tramway. C'est toutefois assez bruyant dans les environs. Lors de notre première nuit, il faisait très chaud et nous ne pouvons rien y faire parce que le changement vers le mode été du système de climatisation ..."
