Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain

Very nice hotel. They had very friendly and professional staff. The grounds and rooms were very clean. It was situated in the middle of everything you would need if you're traveling within the vicinity of touring the areas of Machupiccu

This is one of the best properties me and my husband have stayed at. We loved the tranquility of the property and being in nature surrounded by lush beauty, a vast array of birds, the sounds of heaven, and in the womb of Pacha Mama. The food and service were excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely!

I booked a river view room but the hotel didn’t reserve the room for me and it’s sold out which is very disappointing. The staff member helped to find another room in another hotel which under the same owner. I also booked a tour guide through the hotel but the reservation didn’t register at all and had to arrange the night before in a rush. The hotel didn’t reserve try to help make it right but I wish they have better management of their bookings. The dining experience was good, I liked the vibe in the hotel but didn’t get to stay in the hotel room though.
