Palazzo Massari

Hotel staff were very friendly. We stayed one night, then they held our luggage as we explored Modena. I would stay here again.

Parking in the garage was a nightmare to find. Our room was on the first floor and outside there is a permit for DJs to play music until 1am. The front desk couldn’t move us as the hotel was full. It was loud and not peaceful. The beach is not free or included in your stay! Expect to pay about 25-30 euro to go on the beach. Some hotels list access some list fees. Call and double check all hidden fees before booking.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff at reception could have looked more interested in their jobs. Breakfast staff were good.
