A fitted kitchen with furniture (schmitt) induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer (kitchen utensils, appliances, coffee maker, iron board .... grill, dishwasher) open on the stay. The terrace is protected by an awning offers a magnificent view over the ponds and a small sea view. The beach (supervised) of fine sand to 20 m, bus stop outside the residence, shops nearby (convenience stores, beach items, sandwich bar, newsagent, pharmacy). The town center is 300 m.
