Located in an area with easy access to essential services, and about 1000 metres from the magnificent Palamós beach and its seafront promenade, which can be reached on foot. Casa Palamós is the ideal house for spending magnificent holidays with family and friends. The property features a spacious fenced outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy during your holiday in the open air. Free Wi-Fi in the accommodation. Open-air parking within the property grounds for your peace of mind. Casa Palamos is distributed as follows: Ground floor: Living-dining room - TV (Smart TV) Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to facilitate your stay. Bedrooms: . Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time. Persons on the property: · The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property. Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) during check-in. No other documents will be accepted. . Deposit of 700 euros guarantee. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection. In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer. The deposit for youth groups under 25 years old is 1000 euros. The key collection takes place from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the property.
