"This hotel needs a massive update. Our room is very dated and old, there was garbage in the corner, where the curtains are, and this was not removed and it is in general need of a massive upgrade. This is not what I expected of the Le Meridien brand. Also, the reviews do not reflect the current state of the hotel.. I would not recommend this and suggest it is a three star at best. Also, the food was not great. We ordered pakoras for lunch and they were cold. Staff were nice but no one went out out of their way. "

"The chech in was ok ,but despite calling for help for luggage ,no one turned up for 15 minutes,we managed,also facilities including gym is limited no swimming pool for the cost, food was average.confusion still prevail,if Expedia took our payment,one staff said paid,the other said no, hope I didn't pay twice.just good for transit."
