The property is clean and neat. However, at night there is no bus that takes you to the Hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to get there in the total darkness which feels unsafe.

Fairly new updated hotel for good value but...
The hotel has great potential. It is newly updated and has a petit gym that has air conditionng. The rooms do not have air conditioning . I came in the middle of summer so it made it a hot stay but I got used to it. I booked well in advance and got a great value for my extended stay. They clean the room once a week. Unfortunately, i experienced bed bug bites which made for a miserable sleep. The manager was nice enough to change me to another room and I had to wash all my belongings. Beside this unfortunate occurrence, I would say it is a good property. It is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris city center. They have a great shower with a glass door. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Sonja was very attentive to get me an extra pillow as there was only one small one on the bed. I appreciate the eagerness to assist to try to make our stay better.

Nice quiet hotel just outside the city
Lovely room with large roomy balcony. Great amenities(built-in hot plate, full dishes, cups, utensils. Great bed. Very clean. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Only complaint—no housekeeping service the entire time, even though we put the maid sign before leaving all but the first day.

Staff barely speaks english translator must be used to communicate. Alarms kept going off all hours of the day and night. I stayed 3 nights. Everything else was great.

Stayed at the apartment with son for his 21st. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was immaculate. I enjoyed the peace in the Sauna which I find soothingly spacious and roomy. It is easily accessible from most places we visited. Looking forward to going back next year for Roland Garros.

Absolutely awful experience. Firstly, I was told that it was not 'not possible' that the pans were dirty and told to take a picture in order to get some washing up liquid! Then whilst cooking with the fan on and window open the fire alarm went off. We received a knock in the door with a very aggressive and rude member of staff trying to enter the room with my half dressed wife, telling us we had caused the issue and that I should open the windows and turn on the pan (which we had done from the start). We went down to reception to complain and the same man began to shout and accuse us again in front of customers. A massive argument ensued. The room also absolutely stank of dirty water and nothing was cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable and against a wall. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I have staying in thousands. Do NOT go anywhere near this place.

Good stay, bad deposit
The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the place was quite clean. However, the deposit experience was a total disaster. They charged too much for deposit and because I paid using a non-France card, they said it may take up to a few weeks for the deposit to go back to my account. This is ridiculous.

I stayed at AllSuite Palaiseau to visit my son who's in college at Ecole Polytechnique. I also had to work remotely from there. Both were super convenient. I took a bus to go to Polytechnic, i was 3 stations away. And everything was set up to work in the room. A desk, a lot of outlets, and a good wifi. In addition, the breakfast was nice especially for the price. People working there were nice too.

Place is ok
The stay was a pleasant one. Room was nice and well equipped. I only encountered two problems. First, as other travellers mentioned, the ventilation is quite loud and I had problems sleeping on my first night. Second, there was a bad smell coming from the sewer in the bathroom. It didn't get in the room, but was annoying when using the bathroom. Location wise, the hotel is located 10 minutes away from Massy Palaiseau RER Station by walking or 2 minutes by bus (91-06, 91-10 or 91-11). The staff didn't speak English very well, but I managed to communicate with a mix of English and French. Will stay here again.

All Suites Palaiseau is an excellent choice
All Suites Palaiseau is well located, with modern and clean rooms. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. A few restaurants are within walking distance as well a supermarket. For business purposes an ideal hotel to stay.

Hotel was very good. The only one thing that put me off was the fire alarm went off all the time. No one knew if it was real or not and was told to ignore it.

Good hotel but very RUDE staff
The hotel was good overall but the manager on duty in the morning is a very rude person, I see others also complained about him and its really unpleasant to deal with such people...if you cannot be polite then you should not be working in the hospitality industry. However the other manager who comes in the evening is extremely nice , sweet and charming...he saved the stay for us. We had a king superior suite with a nice big terrace , the room was nice and comfortable but it could have been bigger considering its a superior suite...the bed itself was very comfortable and also the kitchen was well equipped and functional.

All Suites Palaiseau perfect for business stay
All Suites Palaiseau is a new apart hotel. Very nicely done, everything in perfect condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dining opportunities are within walking distance. Parking possibilities difficult around the hotel but there is a hotel parking at a reasonable price

The manager was rude. Maybe, because he was speaking with me in English and his first language is french. First, I booked a room (1 twin bed) for 6 nights. After I did check in, I noticed that the bed is not of type twin and there is no AC in the room. It was very hard to sleep because of the high temperature. Two of my friends booked and there was AC in their room. When I told them there is no AC in my room and it is hard to sleep, Rakan, a nice guy in the reception told me we can change it to you, but a confirmation from his manager is needed. Two people visited the room to check if there AC or not. The next day, no comment was received!! The manager claimed that the room I booked online is without AC, and I mentioned for no AC needed on the website. That is not true!! and I checked my booking again on that day. Then he told me: there is nothing mentioned on the website that there will be AC in the room, and we can do nothing for you! I insisted for a room change! After 4 nights of hard sleeping, the room was changed finally!! In short, the manager can be more nice at least in his words even if he was not able to change it!!! I don't recommend this hotel because of his manager!!!

Too soon and too much money
I understand the need to open a hotel/ apartments sooner than later to make money, but charging full price for a facility not completed isn't good for the customer. If you add the sad display and layout for breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Die Zimmer in der Unterkunft wurden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, obwohl dies bei der Buchung klar und deutlich Angegeben war. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, sagte man uns, dass die Zimmer erst im 7. Turnus gereinigt werden und sollten wir eine extra Reinigung verlangen, müssten wir 18€ extra zahlen. In der Hotel Auskunft stand außerdem, dass das Personal dreisprachig (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch) sei, wobei sie die Deutsche Sprache garnicht beherrschen und Englisch nur schlecht verstehen.
