The manager was rude. Maybe, because he was speaking with me in English and his first language is french.
First, I booked a room (1 twin bed) for 6 nights. After I did check in, I noticed that the bed is not of type twin and there is no AC in the room.
It was very hard to sleep because of the high temperature. Two of my friends booked and there was AC in their room. When I told them there is no AC in my room and it is hard to sleep, Rakan, a nice guy in the reception told me we can change it to you, but a confirmation from his manager is needed. Two people visited the room to check if there AC or not. The next day, no comment was received!!
The manager claimed that the room I booked online is without AC, and I mentioned for no AC needed on the website. That is not true!! and I checked my booking again on that day. Then he told me: there is nothing mentioned on the website that there will be AC in the room, and we can do nothing for you!
I insisted for a room change! After 4 nights of hard sleeping, the room was changed finally!!
In short, the manager can be more nice at least in his words even if he was not able to change it!!!
I don't recommend this hotel because of his manager!!!
